We truly believe that society makes us feel like we can’t enjoy desserts, carbs, sugars etc. The list is never ending, so we are here to say, live your best life and indulge in the sweetness that it has to offer. Diets should never exist, just a balanced lifestyle. Seriously: YOLO!

Humble Beginnings
From being laid off during Covid, came a dream. There was no other option, and no turning back, so we started something together: A donut company. It’s not always easy being a small business. Being family-owned, we don’t have anyone to hide behind or blame; every comment—good or not-so-good—comes right to us. We just really love you guys, and our communities. Honestly, every single customer and referral is what makes our business run. We are extremely grateful. Each one of us thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us 💗.

"How quickly can I have my order ready?"
Orders take three days to complete, from start to finish. It takes two days to prep the dough, and we cook on the third day.
"The Delivery date/Pick Up date I am choosing keeps stating “Unavailable”, is there something wrong with the site?"
The Delivery Date should be treated as the Pick Up date, as we don't do deliveries anymore. If the date you choose says “Unavailable”, it's because there are no slots left. Please choose another date that is open. Sorry for the inconvenience.
"What kind of donuts are these?"
Ours are a 140-layer pastry-style donut. Our vegan donuts are a traditional yeast-risen donut.
"Do you deliver, and if so, how far?"
No, we no longer deliver. As of October 16th, 2021, all custom orders are for pick up only, at 3500 Fallowfield Road, Unit 6, in Barrhaven. However, you can get our donuts delivered through Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes.
“The date I want isn’t available. Can I email you my order for that day instead?”
No, we are so sorry. We don’t take email or Instagram DM orders. If the date you have requested on our website says it is unavailable, then all of our custom slots are full. You’ll have to choose the next available date.
"What time can I come pick up my order?"
All orders can be picked up between 9am and 3pm.
"It’s Wednesday, and I put my order in for Friday, but since I am picking up, can I just come grab them now?"
No, the delivery/pick-up window is also our production window, and your donuts do not exist until the Pick Up date you chose when ordering.
"I know this is last minute, but if you have any extras tomorrow, can I buy them? I would like the following flavours..."
We LOVE you guys so much, and we've grown so quickly that we get about 5-10 of these messages almost daily. THANK YOU for loving us so darn much. Unfortunately, we just cannot customize our “bonus boxes”. Donuts are topped and boxed when posted on our Instagram stories at the end of our day, typically by 3pm.
"Can I order three donuts?"
Unfortunately, no. Currently, the custom order minimum is 12 donuts. If you’d like an order for fewer than 12, please stop by one of our three locations: Barrhaven, Carleton Place and Stittsville.
"I have a nut allergy. Are you nut-free?"
No, we are not a nut-free or dairy-free kitchen. Not all of our products contain nuts or dairy, but they may contain these allergens, due to the possibility of cross contamination.
"Are all of your products GMO-free?"
Yes, all of our homemade products and toppings are GMO-free!
"Are your glazes made with dairy?"
Almost all of our glazes are dairy free (and vegan!), and are made with almond/cashew nut milk, with the exception of the Carmellow, and a few of the monthly feature donut glazes.

I am obsessed with Holey Confections!! I can't stop telling everyone about them and how they need to go try them because they are honestly the best donuts I have ever had - they are so fluffy and the flavours are so yummy!! It's also really awesome that they also have Vegan options too!
